At BirdBox, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
### Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the damaged item
- Repair assistance if applicable
- Refund if the issue cannot be resolved
### Defective or Non-Working Parts
If any part of your BirdBox product is not functioning properly upon arrival or within normal use, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We may request photos or videos showing the issue to help us verify the problem. After review, we will provide:
- Replacement parts
- Product replacement
- Refund if necessary
### 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition
- The product must not show excessive wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to shipping damage, defective parts, or an error on our end.
### Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Custom or made-to-order items unless defective or damaged during shipping
